On December 19, 1991 the bus fleet has been separated from the Rokiškis road transport company. On July 3, 1995 Rokiškis State Bus Fleet was registered as a Special Purpose Private Limited Liability Company UAB „Rokiškio autobusų parkas“. On June 27, 1996 the special purpose private limited company UAB „Rokiškio autobusų parkas“ has been re-registered as the private limited company UAB „Rokiškio autobusų parkas“. The main activity of the company passenger transportation on city, suburban, long-distance bus routes and charter trips. The company is also engaged in the transportation of small parcels by shuttle buses to major and other Lithuanian cities as well as renting premises.
