On April 29, 2003, the Municipal Council of the Šalčininkai District made a decision to re-registration of SP UAB to UAB. On May 20, 2003 a new certificate was issued to UAB Eišišiškių komunalinis ūkis. The main activities of the company are supply of drinking water, collection and treatment of wastewater, production and supply of thermal energy and other economic activities. On June 26, 2015, the company was granted a license for the activity of drinking water supply and wastewater management.
