Municipality Owned Enterprises

UAB „Tavo pastogė“ was registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Lithuania on April 24th in 1995, after the reorganization of the state-owned housing enterprise. On June 29th, 2001, Mazeikiai District Board decision no. 298 companies have been approved as administrators of 52 apartment buildings. The total area of administered houses is 134,593 sq. M. m. or 3051 apartment.
