UAB „Kėdbusas“ was registered on March 9, 1992. The main activity of the company is the transportation of passengers by bus on local regular routes and charter trips. Other activities include bus entrances of other companies to the territory of the bus station, maintenance of information at bus stops, bus rental, rent of vacant premises, advertising, rental of trading places for farmers, car parking.
