VKC representatives visited the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant
On September 8, VKC representatives visited the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (INPP), where they met with INPP General Director Linas Baužys and became closely acquainted with the company’s operations.
During the visit, VKC representatives took part in a tour of the INPP site, after which Director Linas Baužys presented the company’s key strategic projects and the main challenges it faces in its activities.
Discussions focused on how VKC could further support INPP in pursuing even greater professionalism in governance.
“We thank the INPP Director for the warm welcome, productive discussions, and sharing of experience. The meeting was very valuable. It not only provided a closer look at INPP’s operations, but also helped to continue building a sustainable dialogue, strengthening mutual trust, and fostering cooperation,” said Jurgita Bagdonienė, currently Acting Head of VKC.
