WEBINAR: DISCLOSURE OF YOUR SPECIAL OBLIGATIONS
The Governance Coordination Centre is organizing an online seminar to review how the updated requirements for the disclosure of special obligations of municipally managed enterprises (MOEs) are being implemented. Representatives of MOEs and municipal administrations are invited to participate.
Since last year, by the Government’s resolution, municipally managed enterprises (MOEs) have been obliged to follow good MOE management practices and, in accordance with the provisions of the Transparency Guidelines, to provide the director of the municipal administration with information on the special obligations that are being carried out, which are determined in accordance with the order of the Minister of Economy and Innovation no. 4-1100 recommendations.
By providing regular methodological consultations to companies, the Governance Coordination Centre, together with other management experts, will review good practices on how to properly identify and disclose special obligations and implement financial accounting policies.
The online seminar “Disclosure of special obligations of MOEs” will be held in 2023. March 30 10.00 – 11.30 a.m. on the ZOOM conference platform. We invite SME representatives to register HERE now (the login link will be sent to all registered participants 1 day before the event).
