Specific requirements
Head of the Analysis Division
- Organization of the activities of the Analysis Division.
- Ensuring the quality and timeliness of the division’s work.
- Promoting good governance practices in state- and municipality-owned enterprises.
- Representing Lithuania on matters related to the governance of state-owned enterprises at the OECD and other organizations.
- Participating in selection commissions for collegial bodies of state-owned enterprises.
- University degree (at least a bachelor’s level).
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of corporate management.
- Experience or knowledge in corporate finance and governance.
- Understanding of state-owned enterprise policy and operational specifics.
- English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Proficiency in using computers (MS Office).
Project Manager
- Organization and implementation of analytical report preparation and related tasks.
- Coordination and implementation of institutional projects related to good governance.
- Promotion of good governance practices in state- and municipality-owned enterprises.
- Participation in selection commissions for collegial bodies of state-owned enterprises.
- University degree (at least a bachelor’s level).
- Understanding of state-owned enterprise policy and operational specifics.
- Experience or knowledge in corporate finance and governance.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Proficiency in using computers (MS Office).
Analyst
- Preparation of company performance analyses and implementation of related tasks for analytical reports.
- Evaluation and analysis of good governance questionnaires.
- University or advanced (non-university) education.
- Experience or knowledge in corporate finance or governance.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Proficiency in using computers (MS Office).
